JAMES GRANT- Singer/songwriter/instrumentalist first came to international attention with LOVE AND MONEY. Signed to Phonogram at just 18 years old, James wrote four classic albums for the band, including the CLASSIC Strange Kind of Love. Recording and touring across the world he worked with producers such as Gary Katz of Steely Dan and Tom Dowd (Eric Clapton). The albums produced several hit singles, racked up silver disc sales and created a devoted world-wide fan base. The band split amicably in 1993 but have since releasing new material and playing sold out shows in Glasgow.
James has also released 5 highly-acclaimed solo albums and his reputation as a first class musician and songwriter has seen him working with a stellar cast of players including dobro meister Jerry Douglas (Alison Krauss and Union Station), harmonica hero Fraser Spiers (Paolo Nutini band), Ewen Vernal (Deacon Blue) and Monica Queen (Thrum).
